Main Features:
The body is made through welding, the mechanical part through assembly; using imported hydraulic system and the latest PLC or IPC electronic control system. Main features:

1.  Fully automatic and CNC pipe bending machine.

2. Equipped with 2 electric servo axis.

3. Feeding: servomotor drive; Rotation: servomotor drive.(the servomotor from Mitsubishi).

4. Bending: hydraulic and encoder control; Feeding collets clamps: hydraulic.

5. Tooling stack: 2 stacks. The feeding carriage shifts up and down, left and right by hydraulic.

6. . Imported hydraulic system with water cooling device and Mitsubishi PLC unit with 10.4" touch screen makes the control more convenient; 168 groups of pipe-bending program storage, and each program group includes 32 bends; (IPC system is optional.)

7. Automatic lubrication system for moving areas;

8. Self-diagnostic system, detecting the error immediately;

9. Touch screen system and human/machine interface control provide user friendly operations;
