Machine Introduction  
 
KN-12/22M type high speed automatic paper cup machine is composed of two rotary table two times to complete a paper cup forming, using open intermittent indexing mechanism, gear, axis structure, thus the reasonable distribution of each functional assembly. The machine adopts the way of spray lubrication, wear reducing machine parts; the wall of the cup, the cup bottom adhesive using hot air device; two hemming, first curling, second heating, so that the paper cup forming strength increased, volume of export appearance, dimensional stability. Cup making process PLC control, it adopts photoelectrical eye full fault monitoring, so as to improve equipment performance, to achieve rapid and smooth operation, realizes the automatic fault shutdown, the maximum reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the safety and stability of the equipment. By simplifying the cup making process, paper, adhesive, send the bottom, on the cup, heating, rolling bottom, knurling, volume of export, unloading, automatic counting cup cup receiving in one, the most suitable for paper cup forming 50-120mm height.
