The maximum noise when the vehicle is accelerating is 69 decibels, which is about 9 decibels lower than the domestic equivalent. At the same time, in terms of environmental protection, this off-line engine not only fully satisfies the country's V emissions, but actually its nitrogen oxide emissions are 35% lower than the National V Standard, and can be upgraded to national VI emissions at any time according to regulatory requirements.

The China Truck Network reporter learned at the scene that JMC's first engines to be put into operation included three different horsepower segments of 9 liters of 360 horsepower, 13 liters of 390 horsepower, and 13 liters of 420 horsepower in order to meet the needs of tractors, dump trucks, and trucks. Jiangling is currently applying for patent protection in China. Vermicular graphite cast iron is the international advanced casting technology. Compared with the traditional gray cast iron, the vermicular cast iron has a tensile strength of 1.8 times and a fatigue strength of 1.9 times. The vermicular graphite cast iron can make the thinnest wall thickness of the engine only 3 mm. Reduce 10% to 20%.

It is understood that the long-term planned output of Jiangling heavy-duty engines will reach 80,000 units, and the project will be constructed in phases. At present, the first phase of JMC heavy-duty engine has been completed and accepted, and it can meet the production capacity of 12,000 engines. The deputy director of Wen told the China Truck Network reporter that after two months, Jiangling heavy-duty engines will start the construction of the 20,000 production lines in the second phase.
