• Outfit with "C" is at throat, as deformation compensation on throat, directly measuring the distance between upper tool and low die, assuring the precision of work piece.

 

3,Ram strecture                                            

• Upper stroke design for bending, low noise, stable operating situation
• slider thickening, widening, bending deformation will be reduced to a minimum;
• unique dual-track structure (as shown below), slider running more smoothly;

 

• universal mold mounting surface, can meet the maximum clamping requirements of the mold;
• The lower part of the slider is equipped with scale, metric and imperial double scale display, easy for the operator to change the tools and find the center for bending.

 

 

4,Hydraulic system

• Using the most advanced closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo synchronization control system, and integrated high-frequency ring valve control technology, can achieve high-speed, high precision, high efficiency performance;
• Hydraulic control system sets imported Germany HOERBIGER company, with proportional valve pressure balance function, reduce oil temperature, improve the stability of the hydraulic system;  
• Y1, Y2 can be programmed separately, can work in the partial load state, but also cone-shaped bending;
• bottom dead center has a pressure time, programmable, to ensure that the accuracy of different parts;
•  has a slow return control function, the operator can better control the workpiece;               
• Imported GIVI linear optical reader,guiding system,positioning system and hydraulic balancing system with high precision, which all can permit the processing work piece of full length or with eccentric.

 

• Special treatment about the cylinder--rough treatment--hardening--inner grinding--inner Float boring, make the inner side of the cylinder with high precision and wear resistant
• Pipe fitting and seals of hydraulic system is SKF brand which imported from Austria, good quality and high performance
• Hydraulic connector are imported from Europe and America;,with good quality
• Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system, which can assure no leakage.
• Oil level can be read or seen directly

• Good for work piece needing multiple steps of bending with high precision requirement
• The speed of back gauge is fastest,and high precision.
• X,R axis of back gauge is moved with ball screw, guided by linear guide, and driven by digital AC servo-motor.

 

• (Optional) Z1, Z2 axis two blocks  move left and right along the linear guide automatically, easy to operate, high precision; 
• Back gauge beam is tank structure,with good enough mechanical strength and rigidity              
• Particular finger-stop design, enlarge the range of back gauge.
