Features of the Compressor Racks  
1) High Reliability: Components are world- famous brand products such as BITZER (Copeland ,HANBELL, Bock or DORIN optional) compressor, DANFOSS Controller.
 
2) Safety: The unit is with complete self-protection system for high pressure, low pressure, oil level, oil temperature, oil flow, against overloading, overheat etc.
 
3) Automatic and remote control: With PLC control cabinet and unit can perform automatically without watching or connected with remote computer.
 
4) High efficiency: Multi-connected compressors save 20% to 30% electricity than single compressor unit.

5) Refrigerant options include R22, R-134a, R-404a, R-507, R-407a, and others.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in bulks or wooden box, suitable for shipping container.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.

Q3. What are your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment.  The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.Â

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

FAQ

1.Why compressor rack is better than single compressor?

Compared to single compressor, compressor rack is more safer, more power-saving, easier maintaining and installation. Price is little higher than single compressor, but for long term considering, it is very economical efficiency.

2.Which condenser type is better? Air cooled or water cooled?

If you could offer water with good quality and adequate supplies, water cooled condenser is better choice; If not, air cooled condenser will be better.

3.How does each compressor works on compressor rack?

Compressor rack works based on the cold room loading. If the low loading in the cold room, one compressor runs; when more loading inside the cold room, two or three compressors run.

4.If one compressor was wrong, will it impact the working of other compressor?

No, as compressors can work independently, so one compressor wrong will not impact other compressor's working.
 

5.What is the warranty for refrigeration unit?

One year warranty. But with original new Bitzer/Copeland compressor, lifetime is 8~10 years at least.

Reno Mattress Gabion Mesh

Gabion & Reno mattress is a galvanized double twisted hexagonal woven mesh compartmented basket with a rectangular mattress shape. The compartments or cells of the reno mattress are of equal size and dimension and are formed by internal diaphragms. Gabion & Reno mattress have been used for channel linings, river training, soil retention, slope stabilization and other applications successfully throughout the world for over 100 years.

Double twisted gabion & reno mattresses offer many advantages, such as flexibility, durability, strength, permeability, ecology, reliability, longevity, low cost and an aesthetic appearance. The thickness of gabion mats is usually between 0.15-0.5m. It is similar to gabion box which could be divided by several cells and adopts thicker diameter wires to form mesh edge.
