The working principle of KCB gear oil pump
The KCB gear oil pump is a rotary pump that transfers liquid or pressurizes fluid depending on the change and displacement of the working volume formed between the pump cylinder and the meshing gear. The two enclosed spaces are composed of two gears, a pump body, and front and rear covers. When the gears are rotated, the volume of the space on the disengaging side of the gears is increased from small to large, a vacuum is formed, the liquid is sucked in, and the volume of the space on the gear meshing side changes from large to large. Small, and squeeze the liquid into the pipeline. The suction chamber and the discharge chamber are separated by the meshing lines of the two gears. The pressure at the outlet of the gear pump depends entirely on the resistance of the pump outlet. The gears are mounted in the shaft sleeve together with the shaft. All operating parts of the gear pump are lubricated with the media they convey. The four bearing sleeves in the pump are installed in the pump body, and the end clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the gear oil pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the volume rate is high.
