Three chemical machinery companies of China Chemical Industry will implement integration

Mr. Liu Daozaki, mayor of Sanming City, Fujian Province, went to Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. to inspect and investigated the integration of the rubber machine plates of China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. In mid-April, the consolidation planning project for the rubber machine section of the China National Chemical Equipment Corporation officially started. The integration involved three companies, namely, Hunan Yiyang Rubber Machinery, Guangxi Guilin Rubber Machinery, and Fujian Sanming Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd.. Currently, the annual output value of three rubber machinery companies totals 20 Billion yuan. The integrated rubber machine company will, under the leadership of a legal person, use intensive production mode to achieve resource sharing, overcome the disadvantages of its peers, and accelerate the establishment of a world-class rubber machinery manufacturing enterprise.
