Prior to this, there was no laboratory in Europe and in the country that received official approval from the EPA. As a leading company in China's equipment manufacturing industry, Weichai accelerated the pace of internationalization in recent years. The adoption of the US EPA certification marks the opening of the North American market for Weichai engines. The certification verifies whether Weichai meets the test capacity building of EPA CFR1065 in terms of consumables control, calibration implementation and recording, test process control, and equipment operation and maintenance. Weichai established an EPA certification team to carry out hundreds of inspections, calibrations, and simulation verifications.
