What precautions should be followed when servicing and operating the rock drill?

1. Do not start the rock drill at full speed when pulling the brazing to avoid damage to the machine parts.

Second, do not drag the rock drill on the ground to prevent dirt and rock powder from entering the machine through the vent hole and other openings, causing malfunction or damage to the machine.

3. When the card is brazed, the drill rod cannot be manganese , so as not to damage the rock drill and the drill bit.

4. Before taking over, blow the air supply hose with compressed air, then rinse the hose with clean water, remove the dirt in the pipeline, and finally switch on the rock drill.

5. When drilling rock, the rock drill, the drill rod and the hole should be in a straight line to prevent the card from being brazed and to ensure the quality of the cobalt hole.

Sixth, the rock drill should maintain good lubrication, especially at the tail of the solder must have a good environment.

7. The rock drill must be evacuated from the blasting site before blasting, and the accessories and pipelines should be moved to a safe zone. Rock drill repair must be carried out in the machine room.

8. When the card is brazed, it is not advisable to rotate the rock drill to prevent damage to the components when the direction of rotation is opposite to the normal running direction.
