What safety procedures should the miller comply with?

(1) Wear work clothes or tight clothing and work hats while working.

(2) The grinding wheel must be correctly installed and tightened, and the grinding wheel must be replaced. Before feeding, a reasonable amount of feeding should be selected. Slow feeding is necessary to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking out and flying out.

(6) When measuring, loading, unloading and adjusting workpieces. The wheel must be retracted to a safe position to prevent rubbing hands.

(7) When the grinding wheel does not retreat from the workpiece, the grinding wheel must not be stopped.

(8) The dry grinding workpiece is not allowed to add the cutting fluid halfway; when the wet grinding cutting fluid stops, the grinding should be stopped immediately. After the work is completed, the grinding wheel should be idling and the cutting fluid on the grinding wheel should be thrown off.

(9) The vacuum cleaner must be kept intact and fully utilized.
