Yangjiazhangzi Concentrator

Yangjiazhangzi beneficiation plant: Yangjiazhangzi processing plant was built in 1966, a wet workshop, molybdenum ore processing, production of industrial ammonium.
Ammonium molybdate production process:
1) Sodium hypochlorite leaching: reaction formula MoS 2 +9NaClO+6NaOH→Na 2 MoO 4 +Na 2 SO 4 +9NaCl+3H 2 O
2) Calcium molybdate precipitation: adjust the pH to 5~6 with hydrochloric acid, add CaCl2, boil with steam, and precipitate calcium molybdate.
3) Soda leaching calcium molybdate: reaction formula CaMoO 4 + Na 2 CO 3 ↔ Na 2 MoO 4 + CaCO 3 ↓
4) Precipitated molybdic acid: hydrochloric acid is added to a pH of 0.5, the temperature is above 95 ° C, and the precipitation rate is generally above 95%.
5) Ammonia water dissolves molybdic acid: To accelerate the reaction, the dissolution should be carried out at a temperature of 70 to 80 °C.
6) Precipitating ammonium molybdate: Ammonium molybdate solution is added to hydrochloric acid at a temperature of 30 to 40 ° C to a pH of about 2.5 to precipitate a white crystal precipitate. The precipitation rate can reach more than 96%. After being dehydrated, dried and pulverized by a centrifuge, it is a finished product. The production process is shown in the following figure:
