There're several process to make a perfect silicone product.
1. Process solid silicone material, mixing with gum machine and then using cutting machine to cut the material to suitable piece in order to reduce waste.
2. Process the liquid silicone,mixing and then vacuum
3. Fill the liquid silicone material into mold.
4. Baking the liquid silicone to 70% cook.
5. Put the finished solid silicone material on the mold and then heat pressing with Hydraulic Machine.

Solid Silicone Cutting Machine is used for cutting solid silicone to cut it into suitable piece.
