1, jitter:

2, the pointer stopped at a position does not move
The main reason is that the float stuck.
Generally, when the instrument is used, the valve is opened too fast, so that the float impacts the stopper quickly and causes the stopper to deform and lock the float. However, it cannot be ruled out that the float guide rod is not concentric with the stop ring and the float is stuck. The instrument can be removed when processing, remove the deformation of the stopper, and check with the guide bar is not concentric, if the misalignment can be corrected, and then the float is installed, push the float, feel the float up and down unobstructed The card is fine. In addition, when the instrument is installed, it must be installed vertically or horizontally. It cannot be tilted. Otherwise, it will easily cause the card table and bring errors to the measurement.
3, when the flow does not move the pointer
In the case of ensuring that the floater is not stuck, the upper limit of the flow rate selected by the meter is too large, and the upper flow limit should be reduced.
4, the valve opens the meter pointer to the maximum
The main reason is that the instrument's range selection is too small and the instrument's range should be increased.
5, measurement error
(1) Installation does not meet the requirements
■Be sure to keep the vertical installation of the instrument vertical, the inclination is not more than 2 °.
■For horizontally mounted instruments, be sure to keep the level and the inclination is not more than 2°.
â– There must be no ferromagnetic objects in the 100mm space around the meter.
â– The installation location should be far away from the valve reducing port, the pump outlet, the process pipeline turning port, and so on. Need to maintain the requirements of the 250mm straight section after the first 5D.
(2) The larger change in the density of the liquid medium is also a cause of the larger error. Because the instrument is calibrated before the calibration, the media is converted according to the density given by the user, which is converted into the calibration of the flow of water under the calibration state.
Therefore, if the medium density changes greatly, it will cause great errors in the measurement. The solution can be to bring the changed media density into the equation and convert it into an error-corrected factor, and then multiply the flow rate measured by the flowmeter by the coefficient to the true flow rate.
(3) Since the medium of gas is greatly affected by temperature and pressure, it is recommended to use a temperature and pressure compensation method to obtain real flow.
(4) Due to many factors such as long-term use and pipeline vibration, the sensed magnets, pointers, counterweights, rotating magnets and other moving parts will be loosened, causing large errors. Solution: You can verify by first pushing the pointer by hand. First, press the pointer on the RP position to see if the output is 4mA, if the flow rate is 0%, and then verify according to the scale. If no match is found, the part can be repositioned. Generally require professionals to adjust, otherwise it will cause loss of position, need to return to the manufacturer for correction.
6, no current output
(1) First look at the wiring is correct.
(2) Whether the liquid crystal is displayed or not, if there is no output, the output tube is mostly bad, and the circuit board needs to be replaced.
(3) Loss of calibration value. Due to the failure of the E2PROM, the calibration data of the meter is lost, which also causes no output current and the current will remain unchanged. Solution: You can use the data recovery operation. If it does not work, you can first set the password 2000 data, and then set the data in the password 2008, the method is to manually calibrate the data from the RP-100%.
7, no live display
(1) Check that the wiring is correct.
(2) Check if the power supply is correct.
(3) Check if the LCD is damaged or the contact is not true.
8, on-site LCD display 0 or full scale
(1) Check the range and zero parameters set in the 2000 password. If the ZERO is less than the SPAN value, the two values ​​cannot be equal.
(2) Check if the sampling data is up. Use hand to push the pointer to see the change of the sampling value. If there is no change, it is generally a failure of the sampling circuit of the circuit board, and the circuit board needs to be replaced.
9, the alarm is incorrect
(1) Check that the deviation setting d cannot be too large.
(2) Whether the logic function is correct in the FUN function. HA-A represents the upper bound positive logic. LA-A represents the lower limit positive logic.
(3) Check the alarm value setting in the SU.
(4) Circuit board failure, replace the circuit board.
10. Accumulated pulse output is incorrect
(1) Check whether the alarm value of the selected cumulative pulse output is set to zero.
(2) Whether the external power supply is between 5-24V and has 1-5K resistance in series.
