1. 4. The small porcelain boat that holds the coal sample should be kept in a clean container. The new porcelain boat should be treated with high temperature before it is used for the first time. The porcelain boats with coal samples that have been weighed should be particularly careful not to be contaminated by coal-coated hands or tables. It is better to have white porcelain plates that are specially placed on porcelain boats.

5, regular calibration with standard instruments to check whether the instrument is normal, so as to ensure the use of the instrument, and check whether the reducer is broken, the electrolytic cell pole piece is polluted, air leakage and so on.

6. If you want to reset the temperature control point due to special use, press and hold the "Set temperature" button on the panel to adjust the "set temperature" hole bored, so that when the temperature indicates the set value, release " Set temperature key.

7. The instrument should prevent the intrusion of dust and corrosive gases and put it in a dry environment. If it is not used for a long period of time, it should be properly covered and regularly powered on to bake moisture inside the instrument. If the electrolysis cell is not used for a long time, the connecting hose should be removed to prevent its aging and adhesion.
