Hunan Provincial Agricultural Machinery Bureau: Recover Subsidy for Purchase of Submersible Pumps

Recently, high-temperature weather in Hunan continued, and droughts occurred at various levels in many places. The Hunan Provincial Bureau of Agricultural Machinery decided to suspend the implementation of the regulation on suspending the submersible pump in the Agricultural Machinery Announcement No. 15 (2013) on July 5. The 3.0-7.5 kW submersible pumps purchased after July 5 will be subsidized after verification.

The Agricultural Bureau of Hunan Province issued the “Urgent Notice on Suspending Implementation of the Regulations for Stopping the Submersible Pump Subsidy in the Hunan Agricultural Machinery Announcement (2013) No. 15”, requiring all localities to strengthen the supervision and management of subsidy purchase subsidies for submersible pumps, and verify each one by one to prevent falsification. If it is verified that there is no subsidy, the subsidy will not be provided, and its responsibility shall be borne by the relevant manufacturer and dealer; for fraudulent manufacturers and distributors, the subsidy eligibility or distribution qualification shall be canceled; and the staff and the existence of false subsidy shall be cancelled. The subsidized farmers are determined to investigate.
